Delivery & Returns

Shipping and Delivery

We provide the estimated delivery time for each product on its respective page. If any  delays arise, we will notify you via email, giving you the option to cancel your order. For  cancellation instructions, please refer to the “Cancellations” section below.  Shipping is always free for orders delivered to Spain, Andorra, and mainland Portugal,  regardless of the order amount.
For all other countries in the Europe category (i.e., all  countries

in continental Europe not listed under Europe+), shipping is free for orders above  the minimum purchase amount specified during checkout. For countries in the Europe+  category, shipping is free for orders over €300.  Typically, your order will be sent to the pick-up point closest to your location. The courier  responsible for delivery will be specified during checkout.

Right to Withdraw

After your order has been delivered, you have a period of 14 calendar days during which  you can return the product and cancel the purchase.  
To exercise this right, please contact us by email at bakery@pongotodo.com including your  order number.  
If you want to exchange your order, you must return the original item and place a new order  for the desired product.  
We will email you a shipping label to return the product. Please ensure all parts are included  and that the product is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during  return transport.  

We reserve the right to charge if the product has been used, any parts are missing, or the  packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary for inspection or testing.  
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.  Please see our Terms of Sale for further details.

Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you notice any external damage to the packaging on receipt, please report this  immediately to the carrier.
In case you receive the wrong product or an item that is damaged, contact us promptly by  emailing bakery@pongotodo.com.
If a defect appears within 2 years of delivery, please notify us without undue delay by  sending a description and photographs along with your order number to  bakery@pongotodo.com.
Please note, defects caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear are not covered.

We will assess your claim and, if it falls under warranty, offer at our discretion one of the  following remedies at no charge:
Repair of the product
Replacement with a new item
Partial refund
Full refund
We cover return shipping costs for warranty claims. If the warranty claim is rejected and you  have already returned the product, you will be responsible for the shipping fees both ways.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch. To do so, please send a clear cancellation  request with your order number to bakery@pongotodo.com .  
Once an order has been  shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may initiate a return under the returns  policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund promptly,  generally reimbursing through the original payment method.

Uncollected Shipments

If a package sent to a collection point remains unclaimed within the carrier’s specified  timeframe, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping costs (to and from us) plus a  handling fee of EUR 15 (or equivalent local currency).
This policy applies to consumers and is subject to periodic updates.
